Appointments may be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or contact forms. Submission of a referral form does not constitute an automatic booking or service agreement. All referrals are subject to clinical suitability, availability, and consent procedures.

 

4. Medical Aid and Fees

We are registered with all major South African medical aids. However, medical aid authorisation and payment remain the responsibility of the client. Any shortfalls or rejections must be settled by the client directly. A full fee schedule is available on request.

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through this website or during service delivery will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
